Cannabutter Pancakes Recipe
- 1.5 cups of all-purpose white flour
- 3.5 tablespoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of white granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups of white milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of cannabutter or cannaoil
Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1.5 cups of flour, 3.5 tablespoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add in one egg, 3 tablespoons of butter, and 1 1.4 cups of milk to the mixing bowl.
Whisk until well blended.
Heat one large frying pan over medium heat until a small amount of either butter or oil begins to sizzle.
Pour one cup of batter into the center of the frying pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes before flipping.
Fry an additional 3-5 minutes or until the pancake reaches your preferred doneness and remove from pan.
Garnish with icing sugar, syrup, cool whip, peanut butter chocolate chips, or whatever else you might like and enjoy.
