No-Bake CBD Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Organic rolled oats
  • 1 Cup Dates pitted
  • 25 MG CBD oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao raw, organic
  • 1/2 cup Nuts
  • 3 tablespoon Hot water add more if you need to

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Put dates, water, vanilla, coconut oil and CBD oil together in the bullet. Pulse until the dates are very fine pieces, almost a paste.

  • Step 2

    Put all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix it up with your hands.

  • Step 3

    Add everything ( wet & dry) together.

  • Step 4

    Use your hands ( get in there!) and mix it all up until every last piece of oat is mixed and you form a large ball in the middle of the bowl.

  • Step 5

    Take a soup spoon and scoop out the mixture, roll it in your palms until it’s a perfectly shaped ball.

  • Step 6

    Place the finished balls into a large container separated by parchment paper (so they don’t stick).

  • Step 7

    Throw them in the refrigerator and snack often!
